About Me
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and have been teaching since 2014. I’m currently completing my 500-hour RYT certification and hold additional training in chair yoga and sound healing.
My teaching is grounded in breath, attentive movement, and yogic philosophy, with an emphasis on welcoming a wide range of students while staying rooted in the depth of the practice. I’ve been teaching yoga online since the COVID lockdowns and continue to offer both virtual and in-person classes.
I’m a co-founder of Move & Groove Yoga, a community-based offering that brings together yoga, music, and cultural spaces. My teaching experience includes the Harlem YMCA, Asali Yoga, Bronx Settlement Community Center, The National Jazz Museum in Harlem, the Louis Armstrong House Museum, and GrassROOTS Community Foundation.
In addition to yoga, I’ve led sound healing and restorative experiences for organizations including Birchbox, Harlem Pilates, Publicis North America, Dentsu, and Webster Bank.
I aim to support sustainable, lifelong practice across age, body type, and background.
